AB Malignant  disease  of  the  pleura  encompasses  a  wide  scope  of  clinical  presentations  ranging  from  asymptomatic  simple  pleural  effusions  to  complex  tumor  masses  involving  multiple  intrathoracic  organs.  The  treatment  options  are  similarly  diverse.
