AB Patients  with  thoracic  aortic  disease  pose  many  challenges.  Frequently,  these  patients  are  older  and  present  with  multiple  comorbidities.  Additionally,  the  posterior  location  of  the  descending  thoracic  aorta  requires  a  large  thoracotomy  incision,  with  its  own  inherent  morbidity.
